Each module can be taken on its own. Together they produce a business growth plan and a strategy map: your objectives, the measures you will track and the initiatives that get you there.
How it works
- Senior-level and practical. You work on your own growth plan throughout, not on case studies alone.
- Individual counselling included. Each module includes at least a half-day session with a trainer or consultant on your draft.
- A review visit to your business confirms the plan is being implemented before your Certificate of Competence is issued.
- Linkages. We connect your plan to the services that deliver it: business matchmaking, tenders, export development and funding.

Certificates that mean something
Every course gives you two certificates, each with a number anyone can check on our website.
- Certificate of Completion: when you finish the course and your work is approved.
- Certificate of Competence: when you have put it into practice in your business, signed by the business owner or managing director. This is the one that shows a changed business, not just attendance.
Send your team
The Improve and Expand courses are also built for the people who run your business day to day: supervisors, bookkeepers, sales and administrative staff. Each person works on your business, not a textbook case, and earns a certificate in their own name once the improvement is in place. We invoice the business, at the rate for its membership.
