Emmah Kativu is an accomplished Zimbabwean entrepreneur, hospitality executive, and community leader whose career spans over twenty-five years across hospitality, construction, development, agriculture, and non-profit leadership. She is widely recognized for her ability to balance visionary leadership with hands-on management, building organizations that thrive while uplifting communities around them. Currently serving as the President of the Hospitality Association of Zimbabwe (HAZ), Emmah represents more than 300 member organizations nationwide. In this role, she champions policy and advocacy initiatives, forges strategic alliances, and drives programs that strengthen the competitiveness of Zimbabwe’s tourism industry. She has been instrumental in shaping dialogues around sustainability, technology adoption, and youth leadership in hospitality. Emmah is also the Owner and Managing Director of Coghlan Hospitality Group, where she has transformed a 28-room boutique lodge into a symbol of service excellence and innovation, achieving consistent annual revenue growth and recognition within the tourism sector. Beyond hospitality, she is a co-founder and Finance Director of Delomic Construction, a leading Zimbabwean construction company. Married to her business partner and “guru” in the construction industry, Emmah has been at the heart of Delomic’s financial and strategic growth since 1997, contributing to its reputation as a trusted name in commercial, residential, and civil projects across the country.
